In-Home Care & Disability Services
In-Home Care for Seniors & Individuals with Disabilities
At Connecting the DOTS, LLC, we provide in-home care to support seniors and individuals with disabilities. From our perspective, individuals who desire to remain in their home as they age, individuals who are recovering from injury and/or illness, and individuals who are experiencing a disability should have the option to do so with a support system in place.
We recognize that the thought of allowing a stranger to care for your loved one in your home can be frightening. Rest assured knowing that we have implemented an in-depth interview process and an extensive background check on all our employees at the federal, state, and county levels to ensure superb care.
Our in-home care program provides a personal care assistant, who will be assigned to the individual receiving care. The personal care assistant will work in collaboration with a care coordinator to ensure that everyone is evaluated and has a treatment plan uniquely catered to his/her individual needs while at home.
In-home services are available for ages 5 and up.
In-Home Care Services include, but are not limited to:
- Companion Care
- Personal Care
- Errands and Shopping
- Homemaker Services
- Medication Reminders
- Non-Medical Transportation
In-Home Care is offered in Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Frederick County, Howard County, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County.
